Cancellation Policy

Must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival in order to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, one half of the deposit will be forfeited.  HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT RATES

Short term rates add Florida Sales Tax of 9%
